List of moves in Chen Style Tai Chi Chuan - Laojia Er Lu.

Er Lu (二路) is the second part of Laojia (老架), the form of Chen style Tai Chi Chuan created by Chen Changxing (陳長興, 1771–1853), the 14th generation of the Chen family. In contrast to Laojia Yi Lu which is trained more gently with the main aim to train practitioners to understand and master the basic principles of Tai Chi Chuan, Laojia Er Lu, also called Cannon Fist (炮捶, Pào Chuí), emphasizes the martial aspect of Tai Chi Chuan with its much faster and more explosive moves.

Laojia Er Lu consists of 41 moves divided into 4 parts and, since these moves are based on Laojia Yi Lu, mastering Laojia Yi Lu first is a prerequisite for learning this form. The following is a list of moves from Chen style Tai Chi Chuan - Laojia Er Lu. The translation of the moves' names may differ from other references, but they all refer to the same moves.
